Steppin' Out is Downtown Blacksburgs' annual street festival. It is scheduled the first Friday and Saturday in August. Over 150 artists and crafts people exhibit their wares at this very popular event.
Pulaski Fest occurs the first weekend of October. This is a small-town festival that marks the beginning of fall. There is plenty of food and camaraderie, along with crafts and exhibits. Check the Pulaski Town website for the latest.
The second week of November is the usual schedule for the YMCA at Virginia Tech Crafts Fair. The 40th anniversary of this fair was held in 2009. More information on this fair can be found at the YMCA at Virginia Tech website (click on the logo).
